Platform One - Account disabled.

When logging in and you see a “User is disabled” message displayed

Send an email to help@dsop.io (Platform One Helpdesk). Include in your email the following information:

  1. My account is disabled, please reactivate

  2. If 2 Factor Authentication is turned on, please remove.

When you receive a confirmation email your account has been reactivated, log into GAIN https://gain.il4.afwerx.dso.mil
